I began playing disc golf after receiving discs from my dad to throw around the field. As I developed an interest in the sport I started playing real courses with my dad and brother. What I like about disc golf is that there are a lot of different kinds of discs that fly differently so there's are always more than one way to play a hole. I played in my first tournament at age 9 and have since played in several others, including the Queenstown Classic and Tucker Beach Rush. I recently joined the NZDSS team and I am eager to compete in tournaments with my teammates and improve my skills in disc golf.
